Kevin Bambrough
Chief Executive Officer, President, Director
Mr. Bambrough founded Sprott Resource Corp. in September 2007. He is a seasoned investment executive with more than a decade of industry experience and is a recognized leader in the natural resource sectors. Since 2009, Mr. Bambrough has also served as President of Sprott Inc., one of Canada’s leading asset managers with $10 billion in assets under management. Between 2003 and 2009, he held a number of positions with Sprott Asset Management, including Market Strategist, a role in which he devoted a significant portion of his time to examining global economic activity, geopolitics, and commodity markets in order to identify new trends and investment opportunities for Sprott Asset Management’s team of portfolio managers. In 2010, Kevin was ranked as #1 in Casey's NexTen list of next generation leaders in the natural resource industry. He also received an Honoury Chieftainship from the Blood Tribe in recognition for the valued partnership between the Tribe and One Earth Farms, a company founded by Mr. Bambrough.
Paul Dimitriadis
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dimitriadis is Chief Operating Officer for Sprott Resource Corp. Mr. Dimitriadis originates, evaluates and structures transactions, coordinates and conducts due diligence and is involved in the oversight of the company’s operating subsidiaries. He serves on the board of directors of Waseca Energy Inc. and Stonegate Agricom Ltd. He has been with Sprott since 2007. Prior to joining Sprott, Mr. Dimitriadis practiced law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Mr. Dimitriadis holds an L.L.B. from the
Steve Yuzpe
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Yuzpe has over 10 years of financial administration management experience with public and private corporations. Over his career, he has developed specific expertise in financial and internal reporting, strategic development and business planning, corporate governance, investor relations, regulatory compliance, treasury, financings and restructurings. Since 2009, Mr. Yuzpe has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sprott Resource Corp., and is currently the chairman of One Earth Farms Corp. as well as a director of One Earth Oil and Gas Inc. For the past eight years, Mr. Yuzpe has been involved with Street Kids International, a charity focused on youth at risk, as the Treasurer, member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He is also on the board of Inroads to Agriculture Institute, an organization whose mission is to help Aboriginal people secure full time employment in the agricultural industry through training and employment support. He holds a Bachelor of Science, Engineering (Mechanical) degree from the Queen’s University along with the Professional Engineering designation (P. Eng.), an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business in London Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Arthur Einav
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Arthur Einav is General Counsel at Sprott Resource Corp., Sprott Inc. and Sprott Consulting. Prior to joining the Sprott group of companies, Mr. Einav was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, one of the world’s premier law firms. Mr. Einav has worked on public and private debt and equity offerings, exchange offers, mergers and acquisitions and debt restructurings in a variety of industries. He also regularly advised corporate clients with respect to general corporate matters, including corporate governance, securities laws and Sarbanes-Oxley matters. Previously Mr. Einav was an associate at McCarthy Tétrault LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the New York State Bar.
